This policy describes what data the MyIncome.ge service (the "Service", "we") collects, how it is used, and what rights users of the Service have.
What data we collect
- Account data: the email address and password provided at sign-up.
- Financial records you enter into the Service: income amounts, currencies, and transaction dates — needed for conversion at National Bank of Georgia rates and report generation.
- Technical data: cookies and anonymized usage statistics.
How the data is used
- Operating the Service: calculations, currency conversion, report generation.
- User support and responding to requests.
- Improving the Service based on anonymized statistics.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties except as described below.
Third-party services
- Hosting: Vercel — the Service's website runs on it.
- Payments: Lemon Squeezy — payment and card data processing happens on the payment provider's side; we never receive or store your card details.
- Analytics: Google Analytics — collects anonymized visit statistics.
Storage and protection
Data is transferred over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored for as long as you have an account. Access to data is restricted and granted only to operate the Service.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or full deletion of your account with all its data. Write to mark@my-income.ge.
Cookies
The Service uses cookies for authentication (keeping your session) and analytics. You can restrict cookies in your browser settings, but signing in is impossible without the authentication cookie.
