By using the MyIncome.ge service (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

About the Service

The Service helps small businesses and individual entrepreneurs in Georgia track income: it automatically converts payments to lari at the National Bank of Georgia rate and prepares a monthly report for the tax declaration.

The Service is not tax advice

The calculations and reports produced by the Service are a supporting tool. They do not replace advice from a tax professional. The user is responsible for the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of their tax declaration. For non-standard situations, consult a qualified accountant or the Georgia Revenue Service (rs.ge).

Account

Registration is required to use the Service. You agree to provide a valid email address and not to share account access with third parties. You are responsible for keeping your password safe.

Subscription and payments

Paid features are provided by subscription. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy; card details never reach the Service. Current pricing is shown at checkout.

Acceptable use

Using the Service for unlawful activity, attempting to access other users' data, or disrupting the Service is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We aim for accurate calculations and stable operation but do not guarantee the absence of errors and are not liable for losses connected with using or being unable to use the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the Service after changes are published means you accept the new version.
