rs.ge Declarations section: how to open it from the menu and pin it to the main page

The main page of the rs.ge cabinet shows only pinned modules, so the Declarations section may not be there. It opens from the მენიუ (menu) button at the top left of eservices.rs.ge, item დეკლარაციები. Mark the section with the heart and its tile appears on the main page under მიმაგრებული მოდულები (pinned modules), one click away. If the menu has no დეკლარაციები item or it does not open, call the Revenue Service on 2 299 299 and ask them to check the account's access to declarations.

What the cabinet looks like without pinned declarations

The main page after login is built from pinned modules, and each account has its own set. The tiles load a few seconds after the page itself, so wait for them first. If declarations are not pinned, the მიმაგრებული მოდულები block has no დეკლარაციები tile, and the direct link to the declarations module, decl.rs.ge/decls.aspx, may lead back to the main page.

Opening the section from the menu

The section opens from მენიუ at the top left even when the main page doesn't show it.

1. Log in at eservices.rs.ge. If the login fails, the rs.ge login guide covers the usual causes.
2. Click მენიუ at the top left. In the English version of the cabinet the button may be labelled Menu.
3. Choose დეკლარაციები. In the English version it is Declarations, and the similarly named Charged on Declaration item leads to a different section.
4. The declarations module opens at decl.rs.ge. The monthly small business declaration is in the left column under ყოველთვიური (monthly), and the filing guide goes through its fields.

Pinning Declarations to the main page

The section is pinned with the heart, and from then on it stays on the main page.

Find დეკლარაციები through მენიუ and mark the section with the heart icon. rs.ge adds it to your favourites, and a დეკლარაციები tile appears on the main page under მიმაგრებული მოდულები. To check, go back to the main page and wait for the tiles to load. The tile opens the same decl.rs.ge module as the menu item.

When MyIncome.ge files a declaration for you, it looks for this tile in your cabinet and falls back to the menu item. If neither opens the section, the filing stops before the form is filled in and nothing is sent to rs.ge.

If the menu has no დეკლარაციები item

Then there is nothing to pin, and the Revenue Service has to look at the account.

If მენიუ has no დეკლარაციები item or the item does nothing, and decl.rs.ge/decls.aspx sends you back to the main page, call the Revenue Service information centre: 2 299 299, or +995 32 2 299 299 from abroad. Say that the declarations module does not open in your eservices.rs.ge cabinet and ask them to check the account's access to declarations. Call well before the 15th.

If rs.ge keeps showing notifications instead of the main page

That is a different cause: rs.ge keeps you off the main page until you read mandatory messages.

With unread mandatory notifications the cabinet shows a window titled აუცილებელი შეტყობინება (mandatory notification) and sends you back to the notifications page whenever you open the main page. Read them, and the main page with its pinned modules opens as usual.
